Copyright protection attaches automatically upon creation under U.S. law. OverThrive LLC asserts copyright over all original works published within the ROCKETTRAINx ecosystem from the date of first publication, with all rights reserved.

The RTx Ascension System, RTx A-Dream framework, the six-phase ascension architecture (TrailHead through Galactic), the four-pillar success model, and all associated coaching frameworks, terminology, and structural designs are original works of authorship owned exclusively by OverThrive LLC.

The following brand names, product names, and system components are trademarks or pending trademarks of OverThrive LLC. The symbol denotes claimed trademark rights. All marks are used in commerce and protected under applicable United States trademark law.

The RTx ecosystem integrates with, references, and operates under license or certification from certain third-party platforms and brands. These marks are the property of their respective owners and are used within the RTx ecosystem under applicable certifications, licenses, or fair reference. ROCKETTRAINx and OverThrive LLC make no claim of ownership over any third-party mark.

The following proprietary frameworks, systems, and architectural designs are original intellectual property of OverThrive LLC and are protected by copyright law as creative and expressive works:

The RTx Ascension System — the six-phase life and business development architecture including all phase names, definitions, progression criteria, and coaching sequences.

The RTx Four-Pillar Model — the Health, Wealth, Relationships, and Impact framework as applied within the RTx context, including all associated pillar definitions, sub-components, and integration methodologies.

The RTx Identity Assessment Framework — the RTx Forge assessment system, question architecture, scoring methodology, type profiles, and career mapping system.

The RTx Opportunity Board Model — the community architecture, opportunity-to-action-team pipeline, occupation-based member taxonomy, and community engagement framework.

The RTx Build System — the construction industry-specific application of the RTx Ascension Path, including all trade-specific coaching frameworks and community structures.

The following uses of ROCKETTRAINx intellectual property are permitted without prior written authorization:

Personal reference: Individuals may reference RTx brand names and describe RTx products and services in personal, non-commercial contexts including social media posts, personal blogs, and word-of-mouth referrals.

Editorial coverage: Journalists, bloggers, and media organizations may reference RTx marks and describe RTx products for purposes of factual editorial coverage, news, and commentary, provided such references are accurate and not misleading.

Member use: RTx Portal members may reference their RTx membership status and describe their participation in RTx programs in professional profiles and personal communications.

Fair use: Limited quotation of RTx content for purposes of criticism, commentary, education, or scholarship, consistent with the doctrine of fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.

The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from OverThrive LLC:

Commercial reproduction: Reproducing, copying, or distributing any RTx content, framework, or system for commercial purposes.

Derivative works: Creating coaching programs, training systems, community platforms, or business frameworks that are substantially derived from or based upon any RTx intellectual property.

Trademark misuse: Using any RTx mark in a manner that implies ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship not authorized by OverThrive LLC.

Competitive use: Using RTx frameworks, terminology, or system architecture to build competing coaching, training, or community products.

Unauthorized training: Delivering coaching, training, or consulting services using RTx methodologies, frameworks, or systems without authorization from OverThrive LLC.

OverThrive LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that content on ROCKETTRAINx.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on our site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
